We have forum options for all needs and levels:

Personal Leadership Forums: A professional forum, called Delta Academy, that focuses on personal high-performance leadership. This is best suited for a small firm and/or for a leader that will benefit most from getting out of the office and meeting like-minded professionals. They will immerse themselves in our world-class curriculum, engage in group coaching (coach and be coached), as well as become a part of an amazing community of professionals that they will keep in their network for years to come.

Corporate Leader Forum: Our corporate forums are the best fit for an organization that has a team or group of leaders that are ready to develop their leadership skills. Your strategic plan might drive the individuals that begin their development journey first or maybe your organization is forecasting a change in leadership and developing its current leaders is a must. We can customize a training program just for you and your organization.

Spiral Learning: We walk the walk and talk the talk. We believe, and know it to be true, that one of the most important steps in leadership development is practice. Once your leader or team have completed our leadership development series, they will be invited to continue and enhance their skills. This can be through continued internal development, 1:1 coaching, and/or our mastermind classes, where we bring everyone together to continue leadership development and connecting through enhanced topics and socials.

Community

Let us help broaden you and/or your team member’s network! During your experience in the Delta Academy, you will meet and connect with like-minded professionals to learn with, from, bounce ideas off of, and work together to take a leap forward with your professional leadership skills. Once you graduate we will continue to engage our Alumni with opportunities for those that collectively speak our language.

Coaching

We offer multiple coaching options from individual to group to team. Each month when we come together for our forums we will connect with group coaching to further take our learnings and apply them together to ensure we are thinking with a growth mindset and utilizing the new tools we can bring back to the office with us. We also offer individual coaching. Between the leadership skills and the personal look at where we can be our best for ourselves and our teams we have you covered.
