The business community is changing rapidly. New, emerging leaders are taking leadership roles in more and more companies. It’s important to equip these leaders with the right tools and experience to quickly build their capacity to lead within any organization.
Studies show that the cost of turn over is anywhere from 1-2x the salary of the employee. Giving emerging leaders the opportunity to advance and build their skill sets through continuous learning programs helps organizations retain their best talent.
Who It's For
Emerging leaders who want to develop their leadership and management capabilities as well as network with others. We’re setting up both co-ed and female-only groups this fall. Space is limited to 15 people per group.
